Your 14-day right of withdrawal
If you bought from us as a consumer in the EU or the EEA, you have 14 days to cancel your purchase for any reason, without penalty. This right comes from EU Directive 2011/83/EU, alongside the consumer law of your own country.
One exception: instant downloads
Our plugins arrive the moment you buy them. At checkout you tick a box asking for the download straight away and accepting that this gives up the 14-day right of withdrawal for that item, so once the download begins that purchase is final. This is Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU. It applies only to the downloads. The free demo lets you try a plugin before you buy.
How to withdraw
Use the form below. We email you the moment your request reaches us, and if it qualifies we refund you within the legal deadline. For our full refund terms, see our Refund Policy.
Use this form to exercise your withdrawal right under applicable EU consumer protection law. Submitting it registers your request and we will confirm by email; it does not by itself mean the withdrawal is accepted.
Your withdrawal is subject to the legal deadlines and conditions: the 14-day period (for goods, counted from delivery; for digital content, from the start of the download) and the statutory exceptions to the right of withdrawal. We verify these before confirming, so submitting a request does not by itself guarantee its acceptance.
